Nepal – Helambu

 20-28th October 2018 – Fully Booked / 19th – 27th October 2019 – Places Available

If you love the great outdoors and getting away from it all, then this is the trip for you!

Working with our partner charity based in Kathmandu – Helambu Education and Livelihood Partnership, the week is spent travelled to remote schools and villages in the Helambu Region of Nepal distributing “School in a bag” school bags, funding community projects, providing school resources, the list goes on depending on the need at the time.

The trip delivers the adventure you are looking for; 4 x 4 travel along mountainous very bumpy tracks, treking each day, home cooked food, camping out, waking up to amazing scenery, a great team environment and the chance to explore Kathmandu.

The images below only scratch the surface of what the week holds in store for you.

To secure a place on the team you will need to raise a minimum donation per person of £1700 and the trip includes flights, internal transfers, accommodation, food and any visas or permits. The remaining funds will go direct to our Partner Charity – H.E.L.P in Nepal and you will get to see first hand where and how it has been put to good use.

A £200 non-refundable deposit secures your place on the team then we require a further £700 eight months before trip with the remaining £800 eight weeks before departure.

The trip will include you getting involved in delivering aid to the schools and interacting with the children as a team and seeing first hand the difference you make.

Clothes always welcome for the remote village children!
